Within a week, I have to ask for another plumber help (Lochlan) who specialised in using camera for drainage pipes. I have been in my current house almost 10 years. In the last 2 years, the shower cubical has been flooding frequently and I have been trying to clear the drains myself.. I am so glad I have joined the membership with this company and enable me to have plumber to come and help me to fix this BIG problems. we had a plumber come out on Monday (Lachlan?) who fixed the original issue with the showers and said he would get someone to call me back on Tuesday to organise a time to come back regarding our low water pressure. it's now Friday......Still waiting on that call

We had Shane Scott come out and replace some taps and service some blocked drains, he was on time, very polite and well dressed and did the work promptly and efficiently, thank you Shane, love the new taps! It's not the first time we have used Fallon for plumbing at home and won't be the last, really happy with the service provided by the phone team that books the job as well as the guys who come out, very organised and always friendly, thank you guys.

Big thanks to Warren for installing a new Hot water system for me, He provided clear and upfront costs with no hidden extras. Work required was explained in detail with two options. He called and arrived just before lunch as was arranged. He organised the new system and the electrician Matt to attend and old system was removed and a new one installed and completed by 4:30 that day. Nice work gents and a top notch neat installation.
A big thanks to Jacob Lawson for fixing our plumbing issues today you were very professional and your manner was also very friendly, you took the time to explain what was going on and we would highly recommend you and Fallon Solutions your service was 10/10. Thanks again 👍

Fallon Solutions sent out an aircon man for a quote to fix it. He quoted $2500 for parts plus his time. It seemed legit until we got a second quote from another company who looked at the parts list that fallon had given us and told us that EVERYTHING on the quote is NOT NEEDED!! All our aircon needed was a new fan motor and the fan motor wasn’t even on the quote!! I would never, ever recommend them!! And I’ll be spreading the word on what a rip off this company is!!
