Had a toilet that was constantly leaking and making noises. Called Fallon and they promptly organised Lincoln to come and fix the plumbing. He did a great job on 17 October and made sure that everything was thoroughly working before he left. Pricing is not the cheapest but you pay for the convenience and service. Really appreciated!

Fallon Solutions were able to come and fix a leaking cistern at a time convenient to me. They did a complementary plumbing inspection and Justin explained it all to me as he checked all plumbing areas - [hot water system, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor taps and toilet]. Friendly service. The issue was assessed and individually broken down in price so I could choose which option I wanted/could afford. We booked fallons to reroute the storm water pipes for our pool. We also wanted a new garden tap putting in. $1060 they quoted us on the day for just the storm water pipes when essentially it’s a $400 jobs tops. $1500 all up. The tradie the came was rude and grumpy. Informed us that he had no idea why he was given this job. Made an excuse he lived in Ipswich and wouldn’t get home till 6pm. Very expensive and sneaky. Will poke around your house looking to drum up business. My husband recently contacted Fallon Solutions and organised someone to come out to check our wiring as we had been having major issues with our nbn connection. Our internet provider had suggested having the house wiring checked as nbn technicians had been unable to find the source of our constant drop-outs. Greg the Electrician has been to our new apartment on 2 occasions to install an additional power point, and today to install safety switches, what a nice honest gentlemen, I would recommend Greg to any family and friends and would also request for Greg to return should we require any further electrical works as Greg known our apartment and what is installed. Fallon Solutions did an absolutely amazing job with professional service, great explanations of what we needed to do, along with pleasant conversation. Not only did Max provide clear information at 11 pm last night (11/10/19) when our Rinnai Gas Hot Water System failed; but today (12/10/19) Chris Csortos arrived at 3.45 pm, pleasantly installed another unit, did an excellent job, took pride in his work, and did not leave until about 6.30 pm. I highly would NOT reccomend Fallon! They are over priced big time! They quoted me $1396 for a fan & PC board replacement for our aircondtioner in the main bedroom. And $350 on top just to tell us what was wrong with it. We had 2 other companys come out and both said the PC board was fine but the fan wasn't. We recieved quotes around the $500. It was almost like Fallon were taking the piss to try and charge a ridiculous amount. Overall a real dissapointment!
