We've just had Dan from Fallon Solutions come and have a look at the wiring in our house. Dan gave us a call 30 minutes before our appointment, to let us know he was on his way. On arrival, he listened to our concerns, and was able to find several issues that needed attending to. Before leaving, Dan went through the issues he had found, along with individual costings, and was able to put together an agreeable package foe us to make our home safe.

Great service from Greg Humphry today. He came out to look at two 15 year old air conditioners that were no longer blowing cool air. He explained everything he was doing and kept costs down. He was able to repair one air conditioner but advised why the second couldn’t be repaired. He gave us a quote for a second and checked what we wanted and only quoted on what we wanted. Very happy with today’s service and will be back to Fallon again for future work. Thanks guys and keep up the great work.

thanks to Matt horn and Luke coman who came out and sorted out my sewer line today I'm very pleased with their work and would recommend them to come back and do anything for me or anybody else.

Awesome customer service from Alan W this morning on conducting a solar check and quoting me on a new system to replace an ageing broken system. After telling a few company's where to go and starting to give up on honest advice (safety concerns), I decided to call Fallon and I am glad I did. Alan's customer service is exceptional and honest!! Booked an air conditioning quote for 18 November 2019 at my property. Was advised by customer service representative at time of booking that the arrival window for the tech was between 12pm-4pm and that I would be called by the representative 30 mins before arrival. It’s now Monday 18 November 2019 and 4:10pm. No one has arrived and I have received no phone call to advise that they are running late or are unable to make the quotation today.
