There just out for the money. They charged us a fortune then tried to tell us our aircon was unfixable, tried to sell us a new air con, took my money & all he did was walk around the place on his phone for 10 min, didn’t receive a receipt, I got my air con fixed 2 days later with another company cost $120, this was 3 years ago , air con still going strong . Never use Fallon.....

Fallon has provided excellent service on a number of occasions for electrical work. We love that they are happy to come to do the small jobs. Morris recently identified and electrical fault and installed new fire alarms for us. He was on time, extremely polite, cleaned up after the work. We are very happy with the work he did and the friendly service.

I had the 4 fans in the house changed today. Ben came and did the job professionally, honestly and quickly. He cleaned up after he finished and was so respectable. Ben did a fantastic job testing for the safety of electricity without even being asked. Thanks Ben!

I could not be more angry with Fallon Solutions. I called them about my air conditioning unit which was not cooling. The person on the phone keep talking me into booking with them. On the phone, person said it will be $50 call out fee which also covers dianostics about why my air conditioning unit was not cooling. And then it was explained to me that the technician will tell me how much it will cost to fix. When the technician turns up, he looked around for 5 mins and then said it will be $291 for full dianostics. That's bef... read more
