As the owner of a Queenslander house that was formerly owned by a “DIY Handyman….” I’ve used Fallon Solutions to fix multiple issues over the last 5+ years from plumbing to electrical to air conditioners and most recently solar installation. Their booking system is slick and easy, they confirm the day before the job and call you ½ hr before turning up which is nice. Greg Brown (electrician) did excellent job in our unit. He was very friendly, highly professional, answered all my questions, explained everything about electricity in the house and replaced the ceiling fan. 100% happy!
Complete rip off, exorbitant prices and deceitful marketing. We moved into a house with a broken air conditioner. When I called Fallon to ask about their pricing, they mentioned a call out fee of $49 but conveniently forgot to mention that the diagnostic check would cost $280!! I thought it would be a thorough lengthy check as explained to me over the phone, but no, it only took the technician 5 minutes to open the air conditioner and tell us there was a gecko's nest inside it. Over charging seniors, with a quote delivered after he work. $400+ for a Power Point. (That's with seniors discount!) Disgraceful prices.

My 90 year old grandma who is hearing impaired arranged an electrician to change a double powerpoint to a quad power point. She was not given the price up front for the work. She was charged $368.71 for the work which took 10 minutes and used the existing wiring. Then he left without turning the power back on, she had to go out later and turn it back on herself.
