Big thanks to Jeremy & Abe for my switchboard upgrade. They meticulously tested the earthing on ALL the power points in our unit and were super tidy in moving the furniture back after this. They answered any questions very clearly. These guys are an asset to the company!

Had some prompt repairs done to my gas hot water system last week. The service from the technician (Wayne Birch) was excellent - providing information of what needed to be done and why.

Luke visited us to address a low water pressure issue. He was very knowledgeable and identified our pump issue quickly, replaced it with a fabulous new pump which allows us to have equal pressure throughout our home, no matter how many taps or showers are being used at once. Despite a successful improvement, Luke was still not satisfied that we had addressed all the issues and returned today to identify and clear a blockage in our line. Fallon Solutions offered prompt,courteous,professional assistance in a timely manner. Staff plumbers Nick and Jaykob were kind, freindly,professional. Nothing was too much trouble and were extremely approachable and even asked is there anything I didn't know or was unsure about and made sure I was relaxed and satisfied....Customer service is excellent and these two are an absolute asset to Fallon Solutions....well done.
