RecommendedI want to acknowledge Jason Hildreil great work this morning. Jason's 32 years experience with Fisher Paykel washing machines really showed. I have a 18 year old smart drive washing machine making an awful noise when draining. In less than 20 mins he knew exactly how to address it and I had my old faithful back in working order. He also provided some useful advise on keeping her and my other products well in order. Thanks Jason!!

HAd a problem with my trip switch not resetting. Ben Roberts came out , found the problem quickly, found a solution and didnt charge a fortune.. great service / nice guy

Buyers beware! Way over priced and bad service. Fast talking and confusing jargon. Very misleading, charged $300 to take a look at an issue after confirming in a phone call, a call out fee was only $60. No work was completed!

We had a plumber called Nick come out to look at a broken shower tap. He was very friendly and helpful, explained everything clearly and sorted the issue out quickly.

I was impressed with the excellent professional service that Fallon offers. From the first phone call, I had all the information that I needed and assurance - the work carried out by Jacob and his assistant was good. They attended the times that they said they would and did a great job. I will certainly be using Fallon again and would recommend them.

So it was a bit hot the other day, tried to turn air conditioner on in our lounge room, nothing!!! Had a tradie's card in my letterbox, and booked him in for yesterday morning. He turned up for a call out fee of $49.50, which is fair enough... He took 25 mins to give me a quote to DIAGNOSE the problem totalling $291, then explained that there would have been a repair or replace cost on top of that... It's true that if there is a fault with your AC unit we do charge a diagnostic fee depending on the level of fault find required. The reason we do this is because we want to repair your AC completely. We would hate to partly fix your unit and then you be without an AC again shortly after. I had the pleasure of getting Aidan H to fix my electrician issues today! He was very proactive, friendly, and gave 110%. I was very impressed and am super thankful, he walked me through the details of the issue in layman terms and ensured I was happy every step! These guys came and replaced a tap which was 30 mins work and included no parts. $400 later, my friend said she felt pressured to accept the quote on the spot. Absolutely despicable practise and these clowns use the “its a fixed quote regardless of time spent” line. You can see how long its going to take, how about being a bit more fair with your quotes?
