Appalling. Absolutely appalling. Avoid at all costs. Had them come out to diagnose a domestic aircon unit that stopped working. Charged me nearly $400 to look at it. I paid extra to join their ‘VIP’ service as this would guarantee me priority service in the future. After being assured that repairing would cheaper than replacing and being promised a quote to repair within 48 hours, after two weeks I rang irate and got the quote to repair. Fallon say they have fixed prices but won't quote over the phone because they need to check the job. Get to the house for $49.50 to give me a fixed price from a book which was $339.00. I paid the $49.50 to get rid of Fallon and got the job done for $110 by another plumber. Feel ripped off because they could have given me the price over the phone but their business model obviously is to rip people off. Tried really hard to upsell as well.

I highly recommend Fallon Solutions. We had two jobs completed in the last week - plumbing done by Jared Downie and our aircon serviced by Ash Totham. Both technicians were amazingly efficient and friendly. Throughout the process they explained what was being done and the options available. They both called prior to arriving to let us know they were on the way and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you for a job well done!

Thank goodness for Fallon Solutions! I no longer have to wash my dishes by hand!! Everyone I've dealt with have been so helpful, professional and tidy. To Tim who came out to diagnose the problem, The lady in the office (I am mortified I can not recall her name right now) organising it all and to Chris R for coming out installing the new part leaving me with a working dishwasher - Thank you!!
