I would like to comment on the excellent service I received in repairing and assessing 3 air conditioners not functioning in my house. Ash Totham was extremely polite, had excellent communication skills and was thorough in locating the problems existing and in the repairs provided, and recommended sensible economic appraisals and solutions. After his visit I had one repaired on the spot and one cleaned and all controllers functioning. Fantastic service

Fallon Sollutions promptly responded to my e-mail booking request. Matt, the electrician came out early the next morning after a middle of the night booking request to deal with faulty smoke alarms. He was very friendly and wore shoe protectors to minimise dirtettingintothe house.I gave me advice on current and changing laws around smoke alarms in residential properties to guide me through replacement options. We had CraigSmeman out to check our old hot water system and he was so helpful that we needed a new one. He ordered it straight away and had it all working by the afternoon. Craig is a true gentleman and i have a lot of faith in him to do other work at my place in the furture.

had Richard come out today to do a quote for a large ducted air conditioning system, had to go up in the roof on this horrible hot day but didnt grumble, very professional and friendly. gave a thorough explanation of everything involved, in laymans terms for me! im happy :)
