Plumbing issue: I had Lachlan James check out a blockage which he was quick to diagnose and rectify. Based on today's service, I would not hesitate to recommend Lachlan and Fallon for a similar issue.

Recently had a dodgy air con specialist come and do $1800 service, re-gas and repairs to our domestic air con which broke down as he left. He quoted an additional $5000 to repair. Instead I asked but Pat M from Fallon for a second opinion. He came and inspected the work that was done (which included two fuses cable tied together) and explained what was really going on with our system. He detailed in simple terms what repairs were needed and the admin crew had a quote emailed to me the next day. Amazing professionalism.
