Bought a silver and Citrine ring as a valentine present for my partner, but didn’t realise she had lost weight so now needed a smaller size. I rang Fallers and spoke to Noel and returned the ring, Joanne arranged to have the stone reset in a smaller ring, returned it too me completely free of charge, - really wonderful service, - thank you both!😊
