I have put 3 stars is because their opening hours don't tend to be accurate and change quite often I have been stood outside while it's supposed to be open (according to the shop opening times on the door as the Google opening times are incorrect) multiple times which is obviously not ideal after walking there and planning to fit it in around other things in my day Once in the salon the staff are lovely and helpful and any service I have had from this salon have been good 😊

Love this salon, I go regularly :) The only reason I have put 4 stars is because their opening hours don't tend to be accurate and change quite often I have been stood outside while it's supposed to be open (according to the shop opening times on the door as the Google opening times are incorrect) a few times which is obviously not ideal after walking there But once in the salon the staff are lovely and helpful and any service I have had from this salon have been good

Had a wax to get side burns removed. The lady doing it was very informal. Tried to talk me out of having it done multiple times. Despite telling her I’ve have it done every month or so. Told me I was too young (19) to be having these things done and made me feel uncomfortable the whole time by trying to talk me out of it. She was quizzing me asking me where I have had it done before. Made it her opinions very clear that she did not agree with waxing side burns. Would never go back.

I had a really disappointing experience for my first waxing session at this salon!! The technician used strip wax for my bikini area, which is generally not recommended for such sensitive skin, as it can cause irritation. The pain was unbearable, and unfortunately, the result left a lot of hair behind. To make matters worse, I developed folliculitis that took two weeks to calm down.
