Lovely experience with the 2 guys ,Steve and Martin especially....I didn't buy a car off them in the end due to my husband falling ill but wouldn't hesitate to use them in future....Martin was great and didn't pressure me at all...Thankyou
Bought a Ford Grand Tourneo Connect for the charity I work with and the service, communication and quality of vehicle was exemplary from Steven and the rest of the team. I flew down and got the vehicle on the day and it was all organised and ready for my 8 hour return drive. Massive thanks to Steve and the rest of the team, when we change vehicle again, this will be the first place I look.
Totally worth 5 stars! I am often quite sceptical about reviews as I do know some people "fiddle" them and write their own. However with Fairway Motors Liverpool every positive comment is totally justified. We live on the Isle of Skye and needed a new vehicle for our charity work with otters. From start to finish everyone was so helpful in getting us videos and information about the vehicle we chose. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, everything was effortless zero pressure and zero hassle, Stephen was honestly the best person I have ever dealt with when buying a car 5 star doesn’t do it justice, I will never go anywhere else again for cars
I've been using the ford garage at Fairway for over 25 years. Always great service. If anything is urgent they'll go out of their way to fit your car in. Wouldn't go anyway else.
