He made her feel very comfortable, showed up on time, explained everything to the point where she stopped worrying about all this. I do not recommend. Poor response time, poor communication, limited explanation of process for first time home buyers. Emails were frequently ignored, worked seemed to only be conducted in "off" hours, resulting in us feeling like we were a side job.
Great work on my refinance. Will also be using to purchase a new primary home, which they have been very helpful with. I would recommend DJ to anyone looking for a loan.
I thought buying a home was going to be such a headache b/c of how EVERYONE makes it out to be BUUUUT meeting and experiencing it all w/ Miguel Morales was the best EVER!
