I recently used John Wade of Fairway Mortgage for a recent FHA buyer transaction. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and closed the deal in record time. He was great!
My local Rep Bruce Lawing was amazing. Stellar service and very helpful. But then Fairway sold us to DMI, the lowest rated Mortgage servicer in the industry. Its largely believed that DMI buys wildly low and purposefully holds payments to make their money off of late payments and processing fees. They have over 120 unresolved complaints on BBB, and the reviews across the board are horrible.
