They will sell your mortgage off the minute you sign the papers. That is a nightmare scenario for those of you who have never been through it. Stay far far away from Fairway.

although to be honest...I have not done business with this mortgage company..but..this I know....they just acquired a new Associate, Sosimo Avila Jr.. That tells me they have great assets! I have done business twice with Sosimo, and would follow him down any "yellow brick road" he traveled. They just don't get more honest, customer service oriented, and ethically sound than him. Good luck Sosi....always!
