Great company, great service & great results. What else could I ask for.
My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers, and fell in love with a HUD home. After our original lender had to give our loan away, we ended up with Stacey Urner from Fairway. After we had spent 4 and 1/2 months trying to get this house through our previous lender, Stacey made it happen. It was so smooth and quick. She was there every step of the way, with answers to all our questions. We are so grateful for her.
We had a challenging route to getting finance due to relocating from the UK. David and the team were not fazed, they approach everything with a 'can do' attitude but, balance that with sage advice and excellent guidance. They are friendly, helpful and positive and they guide you every step of the way. Super, super professional people with great knowledge and experience......we would recommend them every time. We loved working with them.
Kevin was absolutely great after USAA Federal Savings Bank really screwed us over on our mortgage. Fairway got our loan together very fast in order to keep our original closing date. They were also very understanding of our situation and kept in constant communication with us.

Fairway Independent Mortgage have the worst customer service ever. They just don't care about customer, plus made a lot of mistake with my escrow account. Never paid the taxes they were suppose to pay for my house, and sold my mortgage to another company with out transferring the correct amount into my escrow account. If I wouldn't know how to handle the situation and made the calls I made, I would have paid $500 more into my escrow account. ����
