Over 60 days of back and forth with the team and empty promises. When I withdrew my application because things were so delayed the manager claims I never stated that I had an available co-signer. I offered my co-signer on no less than 2 occasions including the very first call. He assured me I wouldn’t need a co-signer that he could make it happen. 6 rescheduled closings (some as close as 15 minutes before) and I can only guess I would have continued to be strung along if I wouldn’t have walked away.
