Never listened to my requests. Extremely poor management of refurbishment loan. The people they hired to work on the house I would not recommend to anyone (except the roofers). Due to their poor communication and delays it cost me more money to just keep the house from being put on the market again. I tried speaking to Fairway about my experience and they considered it "harassment". Apparently they believe they are doing a good job. If you are looking for a house, go elsewhere.
They work super hard, have treated each client with respect, and really love the super creative options they come up with to help buyers become owners. Karen’s Team is 5 stars.
Screwed with my buy rate cost me 79 dollars more a month plus plus fees never disclosing who the bank was if I keep this loan they will have made 25k do your homework people !!! Lesson Learned , but It will cost them more I will make it my mission to warn people of there tactics
