Judy Warga went above and beyond to assist us in the home buying process. She worked on a pre-approval for us over a holiday weekend. If she had not acted so quickly, we might not have been able to secure a deal on the house that we loved. James E. Lee, Jr. (Pearland, TX) was my Loan Officer when I purchased my very first home on Tuesday, December 15th. He worked his tail off and jumped through hoops to make sure I was in my home before Christmas. Great Company with a passion for its people and the people we serve.
We met Joe Pasquale kind of by accident. I fired the realtor we had but I called Joe to make sure he would still work with us. He did! He and his team were so great to work with. He would answer any questions I had along the way. I couldn't believe when he said the application was with the underwriter. Buyer purchasing our home used this "lender". Managed to miss a closing 60 days out. Then after missing the first closing they neglected to fund the rescheduled closing. Costing my family Christmas in our new home and significant financial costs. Absolute joke of a company. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with these idiots.
