Having the worst experience ever with Fairway Mortgage in Charlotte NC. I am the top agent in the city and have sold over 10,000 homes. I have never seen a mortgage company treat a buyer so bad. Stephen Cooley 8039851240
Customer service sucks. Inexperienced with credit reports and giving advice which they know nothing about. They don't return phone calls. Refuse to look at the proof for anything. Has the nerve to say the credit reports are done correctly when in turn they make mistakes it's proven point. They are just straight up lacking in customer service and could use a lot of training or change jobs.
3+ credit checks, having to fill out and sign the exact same paperwork multiple times on different dates, they wait last minute to inform of important information. we are supposed to close THIS Friday (March 29 2019) yet they wait until today to email stating that the loan won't go through unless we pay off the personal loan first because our employment is seasonal. Not to mention EVERYTHING was supposed to be done and closing was supposed to be November 2 2018
I've got a really great friend named Sally Alfonsi. She's a mortgage officer here at Fairway Independent Mortgage in Las Vegas. We've been friends since 1998 when I was still living in Vegas. She's such a wonderful person,caring,giving and she goes out of her way to help every customer. I recommend Fairway Independent Mortgage to everyone!!
