Got the job done, i had to a couple of times chasing! but we got over the finish line
Although I ultimately had to withdraw from the property purchase, I was consistently impressed by the fast and efficient service provided by Gemma and Charlotte at Fairstep. They were always prompt in responding to emails and kept me well informed throughout. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and the way they handled the entire process.
I instructed Fairstep to deal with a remortgage, just over 2 weeks out from my desired switch date - Shaun Torrie handled my matters brilliantly and was fantastic in ensuring that the switch was achieved on time. Highly recommend.
