Amazing experience! The activities have become so well-organized and fun with the new activities manager, Angela Angela is truly wonderful — she loves kids, is always smiling, and has a very kind and positive attitude. She makes sure every child is happy, safe, and engaged. Since she joined, there has been a huge improvement in the quality and organization of the activities. Thank you, Angela, for your great energy and amazing way of dealing with the kids Highly recommend!
Fairmont is a very nice hotel, well kept and welcoming. I am giving 4 stars mainly for the children's activitues aspect which seems over-hyped on the website and in social media, and not entirely accurate. I would have given 5 stars if we were on adult only break.
Incredible night away, the room was exceptional and the spa facilities were amazing. It felt like a real treat and a stunning location for a relaxing weekend away.
