My family and I traveled from Indiana to sleep d Christmas in New York. We made 2 attempts to visit the Plaza to see where Home Alone Lost in NewYork was filmed. I called from our hotel which was in Times Square to make sure that we were going to be able to get in. The lady I spoke to said yes to come on over. After taking a subway there we were turned away and told that the public was not allowed until later on that day. We dined for Christmas dinner at the palm court. A fabulous venue with equally fabulous food.

I was yesterday at Palm Court, the waitress were very slowly they came after 20 min to take the order, the food came after 30min. I think you should put a dressCode for the people during the evening.Sport is not for Plaza .Iit's a pity to see Plaza as a Football Stadium...
Merry Christmas indeed... Baa humbug... Overrated, over priced, food was below average, security staff are rude thugs... All in all I wish I had taken the family to the diner down road, we would have had better food and nicer people.
Home alone 2 holiday � really beautiful room and a huge bathroom. Soft bed and really soft pillows, I want them!!!! Surely wish to come back at Christmas time. Things which could be improved ;1. Staff smile 2. Want toothbrushes 3.want tea set 4. Security is too tight n the staff ask for room keys is pretty rude n posh 5.want food hall n bars to be open longer hours �also want complimentary home alone 2 movie in the room.
