Celebrated my birthday on Saturday, December 9th, food was ok, the service was terrible! After all the hype a true disappointment.

I was taken here yesterday for my 32nd birthday. I've been to several tea services, including the Fairmont Empress in BC, and was really looking forward to getting to experience the holiday tea here in Seattle. I would never suggest anyone do this. Despite wanting to eat here so badly, they ruined my birthday. The staff (Jorge, Anna, and Mackenzie) were all very good and professional (+1 star). Beautiful! Perfect for a wedding. My only complaint is it's not family friendly or wheelchair accessible. Forget trying to get in to the hotel and around with a stroller. There's no rails just tons of stair cases and itty bitty elevators. Also did not have high chairs???
