Stopped in at the Rose Bar for cocktails and cheese platter after a day of attempting to shop while trying to maneuver around the huge protesting crowds. Our server and others who worked there were very pleasant and professional. Was a great break from all the negativity that was going on outside. It's a beautiful iconic hotel to visit or stay.
Afternoon Tea at the Georgian Room is nothing short of wonderful! Our Downton Abbey meetup group soaked it up for 3 hours and even then we were all reluctant to leave. What a special place to meet, visit and share in grand surroundings. It always fulfills its promise!
I enjoyed the atmosphere in the lobby bar and the hotel is beautiful however I found out bar tender rude and unhelpful. I felt like he was speaking down to us and I expected better service with the extreme price of the cocktails. For someone who works behind a bar, he needs better customer service skills. My friends $19us glass of wine had lipstick on it and he didn't seem to worried and unhappy to have to pour a new one. We did however have one bartender who in passing was extremely lovely. The Plaza hotel is an iconic hotel in New York City. This is the best place to stay. Highly recommended and great service. Historic and elegant. The staff is incredibly accommodating. Five star all the way
Wonderful experience visiting The Plaza Hotel! Wish I had more time to explore and eat there. Was on a bus trip for the day.

Amazing hotel and service. There for a surprise birthday trip for my girlfriend and they had a surprise waiting for her in the room. When we got back to the room that evening after I proposed...they had another surprise for her/us. Above and beyond. Thank you!
