#ThePlazaHotel Sadly, not impressed at all with the your food or service. Your servers are annoyed and disengaged, food was tasteless and it is the smallest buffet I've seen in my life! Please take some pointers from #TheBiltmoreHotel and expand your menu; probably change your chefs as well. Beautiful hotel but mediocre experience. You can't survive on looks and fame! Step it up.

Great hotel, love that area Home Alone 2 filmed there.
Tea time spent there was just an amazing .. Superior service .. Also Shops @ plaza where u can find irresistible food , pastries , coffee and my new obsession Krigler perfume .. Good job
We went there for drinks...girls afternoon drinking bubbles :) Alejandro Nunez was so wonderful that we are absolutely staying at The Plaza on our next NYC trip in the spring.
