Excellent experience,friendly curtious staff. Clean over and beyond...bed was turned down of an evening. Our own butler if we needed anything . Will return again when next in New York. Well worth the extra dollar.....

This was my fourth visit to the Plaza for High Tea. I have taken my granddaughters for their birthday, this last visit was to celebrate my daughters birthday. We were treated royally, the staff couldn't be nicer and the Tea delicious. Can't wait to go back.
Being Indian tourist it's great to experience the Indian owned hospitality in NYC. Very personalized service with can do reflection from many serving team members. We will come back!!
Staying at the Plaza did not disappoint. We had an amazing weekend.
One word.. amazing! Locations great, staff are even better. Would never think of stayin anywhere else besides a fairmont hotel! Thank you for all you do when I'm there.
Lovely hotel - we had a grumpy waiter who kept rolling his eyes every time we requested something.!!
