Beautiful place!! Amazing decor and the friendliest servers and bartenders. We did not stay here but enjoyed wine and dessert from the bar.

I love it here and always stay here when I'm in town. The staff is very protective of their guest and make sure we are all taken care of. Keep up the good work.

Love the food court. Classic hotel in a classic location.
Too many salesman in front of hotel outside trying to get you to buy tours. We were also accosted by an aggressive street person right out front who purposely ran into my husband and I and yelled at us. Where was security??? Service, staff and all amenities were spectacular though!!!
Excellent experience,friendly curtious staff. Clean over and beyond...bed was turned down of an evening. Our own butler if we needed anything . Will return again when next in New York. Well worth the extra dollar.....
