Fitzgerald suite is awmazing. The only way to do NYC!
Enjoyed our stay in a butler suite (though we were never visited by a butler - that may be a misunderstanding on my part). The room was spacious & luxurious. The service throughout the hotel was above & beyond what we expected. We enjoyed The Palm Court, the Food Hall & The Champagne Bar - all were delicious!

this place is amazing and the service is even better, but bring your pocket book! lol we had a great time ,no complaints
The Plaza is beautiful and a NY Landmark, However, the banquet staff is always very rude at the receptions. I understand that they are union but there is never a need to be rude to people.
We had a wonderful expirerience. We were celebrating 9 years of marriage . Staff where very attentive and work very hard to keep everyone happy. The drinks were perfect as was the food. I wish I had taken our waiters name. He was fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful memory.
