Service is always outstanding and not a bad value considering the beautiful ambiance and food quality.
Carlos the Saveur is very professional and friendly. The visit was well worth it. Next time we’ll have to sign up for the English Tea experience below the glass menagerie. Bring Cash!!!
We came for breakfast on 24th Dec, and whilst the service was okay, I felt this was extremely overpriced for what you get. Won’t be rushing back.

Simply Gorgeous in every way, from the lobby to the rooms! The service is impressive!!
Sat in dining for 20 minutes. Still no server.
I love the Plaza, but I was very disappointed with my last visit. I arrived for breakfast at 10:50 and Palm Court actually stops serving breakfast at 11 not 12. They just "close" at 12noon.
I was here this morning at 7:25 because the traffic & I'm staying for 6 days because Christmas Day on Monday but i ain't coming to Milwaukee until Tuesday.
