From the moment I walked in...until 4 days later when I left ...the staff was the most helpful , friendly, accommodating beyond anything I have ever seen. The room was gorgeous and spacious, I was hoping for a skyline view but it doesn’t exist. The food in the lobby bar was excellent and the atmosphere top notch. I will stay here every time I come to NYC.
When using their valet service, do not leave any money in your vehicle. I had $198 stolen from my car and they told me they would have to investigate it because they’re not responsible. how are you not responsible for a service you’re providing??? Beside finding this out, the towels were scratchy, the ice bucket had rust or dirt in it, there was hair in the tub, and to top it off they delayed our check-in an extra hour. Way to ruin my children’s dream of staying at the plaza...
Amazing tea, amazing food, amazing service! Beautiful experience all together!
