Loved the palm court afternoon tea. Staff couldnt do enough for us and totally spoiled by singing happy birthday to my friend who I had taken for a birthday treat, and making a birthday plate for us...excellent thank you! �
Impeccable customer service, beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. This was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
Unbelievable service and accommodation! I didn’t want to leave! Will 100% be back. It’s the small things and details you notice in your room and around the hotel along with the beautiful decor and the impeccable customer service that make you realise why this hotel is 5 star. I stayed for one night with my sister who’s in a wheelchair and all the staff were so helpful to her needs without a grumble. The afternoon tea at the Palm Court is a must!
Excellent service, rooms, and food. Cannot beat the location either, close to everything you want to see. Ready to visit again. I would not want to stay anywhere else in New York but here!

The best hotel experience of my life. I booked the Vanderbilt Suite for my birthday for a girls weekend and the service was second to none. Every single member of the staff was welcoming and attentive to every need. The suite was beyond gorgeous and the hotel itself smells divine. We thoroughly enjoyed every second. Thank you to The Plaza Hotel staff for making my birthday celebration such an amazing experience �
Overpriced! Bad courtesy and nasty. We'll didn't come back to this hotel! All the staff, from desk staff, to room cleaners, to restaurant were unrespectiful. We had a problem at the check-in and the staff don't try to help us. The hotel is old and could use an update in the rooms to reflect a beachside, but are in poor conditions. We stayed for 5 nights and would not stay again.
A must do experience! I enjoyed a nice lunch and a cocktail in the Champagne Bar....
