Overpriced! Bad courtesy and nasty. We'll didn't come back to this hotel! All the staff, from desk staff, to room cleaners, to restaurant were unrespectiful. We had a problem at the check-in and the staff don't try to help us. The hotel is old and could use an update in the rooms to reflect a beachside, but are in poor conditions. We stayed for 5 nights and would not stay again.
A must do experience! I enjoyed a nice lunch and a cocktail in the Champagne Bar....
We always have champagne afternoon tea here when visit New York. This time it lacked a few things. Let’s remember this is $100 plus a head! The head waiter was nice but the rest were lacklustre and I felt like I was in a diner rather than a five star hotel. The plants around us were dusty. Two waiting staff had an argument next to us. Plaza you can do better - we know you can - don’t rest on your laurels!!!
Delicious food court Love the shops. Tea in the lobby is relaxing and great place to meet friends. Then walk over to Central Park and take a Carriage Ride. Get a room overlooking the Park
I always wanted to go to a high tea. The Palm Court at the Plaza was the perfect place to experience it.

My husband surprised me with a quick getaway for a Valentine’s Day gift to The Plaza. Even though we are originally from Pennsylvania, we now reside in Tennessee, but we visit NYC at least twice a year and The Plaza was always just “that hotel” I wanted to stay at.
