Espectacular lugar
Bubble bath. No one uses the tub anymore. I guess the hero din't get paid enough to buy it. To earn from the sponsored property. It's still a tough sell.
High tea was an experience we will never forget. Our waiter was tremendous!
Husband surprised me on my birthday with their afternoon tea and it was such a beautiful experience! Food was so pretty and delicious and their tea is amazing!
We were there to attend a wedding and reception. The white glove service was beyond wonderful. I especially appreciated the kitchen being able to provide my kids with chicken tenders and fries in lieu of the fancier dinner menu for the adults.

Worst table at the palm court for breakfast when there were plenty others available and the service was mediocre and did not get the order correct... then over charged for their mistake. Do not recommend not worth it!
Bar service. Champagne Bar, uneven service, manager not top notch and servers arguing. Otherwise lovely.
