Yesterday my daughter treated me to High Tea at the Plaza for my birthday and I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful it was!!! Kazi assisted us on my special day which my daughter who is 8 years old saved EVERY penny from her allowance to treat me to such a wonderful experience! I am now making this a yearly routine for her and I !!!
High tea at the plaza. A little overpriced and way too much food. Has to take a bag. Should have been half the price and half the food. Went to blue bar x cafe at Tiffany’s. way better

Booked the Plaza for the 25th anniversary of Home Alone 2 promotion and got told 1 day before arriving that I could not check-in because of labor contract dispute with their employees. I booked 2 months ago and they took my money then which is like signing a contract and when they cancelled they offered refund only and booking another hotel room. Really unacceptable to get treated like this for the price they charge!

The hotel is a complete disaster. I checked in to learn there is a labor challenge. All restaurants and bars are closed. Got a letter from the GM with an offer of continental breakfast at a restaurant across the street. How about a discounted room. Amazing.
