Had afternoon tea in the Palm Court & for the price that was paid I must admit that expected more. Service was no better than a standard restaurant & the food was average at best, the bread used for the sandwiches wasn’t fresh & the pastries tasted like they had been defrosted the night before. I have had better at ‘lesser’ hotels. Was a shame to because we were really looking forward to it. For $120 plus gratuities per person it is massively overpriced & overhyped.
Imperial Plaza cocktail was wonderful! Had a great time with my bestie!!!!
I miss the Old World charm of the old hotel, but the tree at Christmas is always beautiful.

It's been a while but had many great times here with friends, Drinking,eating very good food!. The rooms are beautiful. The staff treat you really good here! I think it's time to come home and visit and stay at the Plaza! � � � � �
