Lovely, lovely, lovely! Every time I dine here, I am always impressed. Amazing service, food, and ambiance! Staff is so kind, and always attentive. One of my favorite NYC spots!

Love this place, ambiance is amazing. Simply the most elegant hotel in NYC. Top notch service and wonderful amenities plus the Christmas themes, perfect!
such a fantastic hotel... our view of Central Park was lovely and the room was amazing. would love to go back.
Had afternoon tea in the Palm Court & for the price that was paid I must admit that expected more. Service was no better than a standard restaurant & the food was average at best, the bread used for the sandwiches wasn’t fresh & the pastries tasted like they had been defrosted the night before. I have had better at ‘lesser’ hotels. Was a shame to because we were really looking forward to it. For $120 plus gratuities per person it is massively overpriced & overhyped.
