Had a handicapped room and we had bugs in our room so the manager gives me 50$ back moves me.to a regular room not handicap accessible and says deal with it.i honestly lpved these hotels but after this im very disappointed
We wanted to celebrate my husbands bday over Afternoon Tea and hence made prior reservations for yesterday. I had also put in a request for a small cake to cut on the table but I was told they do macarons with a bday message written on it, for which I was fine. Later when I asked my server to get it, he seemed absolutely clueless and then resisted the idea of doing it. I was very disappointed with that attitude because we pay a big price for a certain experience.
Very Nice. A excellent experience the hospitality was overwhelming, a plus, we enjoyed our drinks and appetizers!

Fantastic stay from the valet/concierge/attentive staff to the gorgeously classy decorated lobby/elevator/rooms with HUGE bouquets of fresh flowers everywhere to the even more extraordinary bathroom & tub TO THE AMAZING FRAGRANCE PIPED IN THE WHOLE BUILDING, I highly recommend the Plaza and would gladly stay again! It's my new "go to" hotel for the rare times we stay over.
