Just spent my wedding weekend at The Plaza and they made all my dreams come true, and then some. I can't thank you enough, and I can't recommend you enough!
Only reason this just 4 stars is the fact the toilets are the worst!!!! Otherwise absolutely stunning 😍😍
There for Ballet Hispanico and the service, event staff, cleanliness was just perfection as usual!

I think it's overrated and opinions based on long ago service and attention to detail. There are much nicer hotels to stay at while in NYC. The Plaza isn't the iconic hotel that it used to be.
