As wonderful as the rooms are (and trust me, they're wonderful beyond expectations) the staff is what makes this hotel The Plaza. Thank you for a terrific stay. From check-in to check-out, The Plaza exceeds all expectations of luxury defined.
We went for the Easter brunch for the second year in a row. The service was great, the food was horrendous. It was cold, hard, tasteless and disgusting. We loved it last year, but this year was horrendous. I would've rather gone to chick-fil-a. We would've had better, fresher food. The one thing I enjoyed immensely was my coffee. Love this hotel! Location is great, across the street from Central Park & so much shopping near by. The staff & service were friendly & helpful. The rooms were impeccably clean & spacious. Can't say enough! Thank you for making our trip to NYC so enjoyable!

Came to The Plaza with my fiancé to celebrate our anniversary and recent engagement and could have not had a better experience! The staff delivered excellent service, the food was sublime and the macaroons were out of this world! So a large thank you to the staff for making this experience truly unforgettable.
Your trip to NYC is not complete if you didn't stop at The Plaza for lunch or just tea.
We just always love to visiting the Plaza when we visit NYC such a beautiful hotel with such history. Had a lovely lunch downstairs .We also always visit the Eloise store as it reminds my daughter's of their childhood as we were big fans with books, dolls and movies. Their dream is to stay in the Eloise suite someday.
