Great customer service. Even when you aren't a customer. My car broke down and was able to get my car off the main road onto Fairlawns driveway. The staff where fantastic checking on me to make sure I was OK. Offering somewhere warm to wait while waiting for car recovery. They even offered to bring me a coffee. Absolutely amazing customer service.

I have tried a number of local spas, and this has to be one of the best. There are several different things to experience including saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs and a pool, as well as various other 'rooms'. There is enough to do here without having to have any of the extra treatments that are on offer. However, if you do decide to indulge in a little pampering, you won't be disappointed. Stayed here for the night for our anniversary. Stayed a few times over the years. Still a lovely hotel, we stayed in a deluxe room. It over looked the outdoor spa. The room was lovely and spacious, massive bed as well as a single bed. Coffee, tea, water in the fridge. Robes and slippers. Good shower, nice bathroom. I would say that the tv was far too small for the room and for some reason, after about 7pm the tv signal played up for most of the night. It was ok the next morning. Myself and my now Wife, got married here on 08-09-25, honestly best place ever, staff where amazing from the very start to the very end, if you want as less stress as possible, definatley take a look at Fairlawns, it is one of them places you dont find very often, a hidden Gem!.
