I have been going to see Ray Bouchard at Fairlane Ford every two or three years for 20 years now and it is always a positive experience. He makes the whole leasing process so easy for me and explains all the latest updates thoroughly. Everyone I encounter is very pleasant and helpful. And I love my Escape! The green/grey color, the pin stripe, the way it drives, and the floor mats even! First time getting the fancy wall-to-wall floor mats. I hope to keep visiting for another 20 years :)
