Customer service , I Brought my car to get looked at.It took them two weeks, just to diagnose it, then the guy Darrell had a very bad attitude and kept telling me he was going to call me and give me updates but he never did. I would never recommend that place .matter fact I recommend Never buy Ford vehicle again. To much headache.

TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP AND SERVICE! I took my Truck in for service. The next day it won't start. I finally get ot running and take it back to service and they didn't tighten something down so the starter worked intermittently. A week later I cannot engage the 4X4. They told me they have a 3 week delay for them to look at it. I made an appointment for 4 weeks out. I brought it back in. They called my husband and said they cannot look at it for at least a week.
