Stan was AMAZING. I was able to do absolutely EVERYTHING over the phone or email. I never had to step foot inside the dealership until I picked up my new car. He went above and beyond to make sure I got all the rebates and credits I qualified for. Even up to the day before delivery he was emailing me with rebates he found I qualified for. I will definitely be back!
Thank you to Fairlane and especially Dave for getting me set up in my new pre-owned Focus and for making sure I was totally satisfied with my car. I recieced an awesome deal on a 2016 ford taurus. This was the best and easiest thing my fiance and i have ever expierenced with cars. My sales rep was Dave..he was very responsive to all of our concerns and calls. I would definitly recommend him to anyone and i would choose him to go through if i wver buy another. I literally walked in at 12 and walked out at 1. Everyone was nice an accomadated us and there was no stress or complications in this process. Loved it.!
So far so good hopefully they can fix what's going on. We're the other dealers didn't will get back after work is done.
