Sales Department is really nice and Bodyshop service is very poor.
Been going to Fairlane Ford for the last couple of years for my oil change & service needs. Steve R in the service department is always a huge help to me every time I come in. Always quick & dependable. Even when I had to have body work done too. I won't go anywhere else.
Whenever I have to have my car serviced ,i always go to Fairlane ford. The staff is very efficient and courteous.I can always expect to be out in a timely manner ,my satisfaction is always great .
Received the worst customer service ever at #FairlaneFord's service department. From a very rude employee named Steve Rekuc. Ms. Julie Walker and Mr. Tim Livernois have a very unfortunate man representing their service dept. #FairlaneFord won't ever get my business again.

Fairlane ford is a great place with great people. Abdo Sahili is my sales guy and as long as he is selling cars I won't be dealing with anyone else. He defines the term great salesman. Goes above and beyond and treats everyone like family. I've leased a few cars from him already and a bunch of friends have as well. Not one bad thing to say about him or the other people I have dealt with there.
