Best 40 minutes at Fairlane Ford. Daryl Blannon quickly and courteously checked in my Ford Escape for an oil change. While waiting for completion I was able to speak to Fleet Manager, Jordan Barker who took me to the lot to look at the new Ford Transit Van and discuss the various options and towing specifications. Additionally, I met with Randy Woods, sales consultant to discuss my up coming lease renewal for a new 2017 Ford Escape. Time well spent with the experts at Fairlane Ford!
There ok service could be better sometimes they take to long on your oil change many services are way over priced only do oil changes because every 5th change is free !!!
This is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever been to...
Well I got there at 106 pm and I observed them putting 4 cars in front of me I was there for 1 tire change and a oil change and a recall well it's 415 now and recall wasn't done which only takes 30 min I'm not gone say they were totally bad but it's always room for oppurtunity
I had a great experience at Fairlane Ford, everyone was very friendly, my salesman Craig Wilcox was awsome, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling, he found rebates for me that I wasn't even aware of. Craig took his time and showed me how all the bells and whistles worked in my vehicle and he even found me some extra deals in the parts department for the extras I was looking for (all weather car mats, cargo mat and a bike rack). The worst dealership in michigan.. they tell u one thing and do another. How they got the presidents trophy for customer service blows my mind... the service sucks and I would highly recommend not going here for any kind of service. Such as sales, collision repairs, warranty work or recall work.. they dont clean up after themselves and do poor work on repairs... save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else....
