Just purchased my 2nd Explorer there and my experience was excellent! My sales person was Stan Pudulek and I highly recommend him.
I think the people here are more concerned about selling you a car, than selling you a good quality car. I purchased a car and they just got it in and didn't do a thorough inspection I had non of my cup holder inserts, my rear wiper doesn't work, and my engone light is on. I took it in and they reset it but the light is back on, and I'm know this is just the beginning of my problems.
Highly recommend our salesman Dan Dwyer at Fairlane! We are very happy with our new lease and the fact that Dan got us out of our previous loan. I will be returning very soon for my second vehicle. 5 Star.

As this was my first time leasing, I don’t have much to compare to, but my experience with Wissama and Abdo was absolutely WONDERFUL. I truly felt welcomed and listened to, and all my questions were answered. The whole process was quick, easy, and not to mention, exciting! I’m definitely ready to continue my business and service needs at this location.
I still got 200 miles to go before my next oil change is due but decided to have it changed on the day I was off work and I'm glad I did. I didn't know that I'd get it for free for this one until the service supervisor brought it to my attention. I truly appreciate the perks that I get every now and then for being a loyal customer.
