Took my F150 in for service and received great service from Darryl. I was very happy with my overall experience.
terrible service at used car side the sales man was very nice until I signed and picked up my truck. now I can get a call back or response. I have been having problems with my truck since I got it the tires are bad on it still waiting on them to replace them my bumper is cracked my salesman broke my compartment door now it stays open. called them Monday 2/18 in still waiting on a call back four days later.
The service department is great. Rob our service advisor knows what he is doing, kept us informed while our car was in the shop.
Took my explorer in for recall and was in and out in a jiffy.. Very clean and professional service.

I would HIGHLY recommend going in to Fairlane for your next Ford purchase. My sales associate Ray Bouchard went above and beyond for me and my family. He made sure we got in the vehicle we needed for the price we could afford! Showroom is very nice and the staff is very friendly! I will not be going anywhere else for a car!
