Just leased a new 2019 F-150 from Fairlane Ford. Ray Bouchard was awesome in getting the deal done. I have leased vehicles from Fairlane Ford going on 20 years. Ray has been an awesome salesman and is the main reason I stick with the dealership. While the dealership has some issues, the sales team has been nothing but wonderful and always willing to go above and beyond. Thanks for the great leasing experience. I always highly recommend Ray to all my friends and family for his great customer service and friendly attitude.
Same day electrical repair! Amazing! <3 It is always a pleasure to visit Fairlane Ford. I bought my last three cars from there. Ford Foci. The first time I didn't even know if a person with my income and credit could purchase a slightly used car, but they offered me a payment plan that fit, and I was able to buy a reliable car with a warranty. Fairlane Ford is the best!! My sales associate Santoria Mack is the bomb!!! She knows her customers and listens. Getting my new car was fast and efficient. From start to finish I was there no more than an hour! I have been a a Fairlane Ford customer for over ten years.
This was my first visit to Fairlane Ford. We purchased our 2014 Focus down the road at Jorgensen but I recently had to bring it in for brake service and they had no power in the shop. That was my one day that week to get the issue taken care of. I had an 8:00 appointment at Jorgensen which your service advisor (I'm sorry...I can't recall his name) honored and got me in as quickly as possible even though your service department was experiencing the usual Monday morning backup.
