I'm always treated great at Fairlane Ford. I've been going there since 2000 when I purchased my first Focus. Dale is the best service person I've ever dealt with. He is always up front and honest with what needs to be done to my car to keep it safe and running, and he always helps me get the most out of my warranty coverage. As long as he's there, I'll keep going back!
Rob Creeach was terrific in setting me up with an appointment so I could get my service completed in one day by technicians experienced with the problem I had with the heat in my Explorer. Rob was honest and accomodating in all our calls setting this up. He got my car in at the time arranged and it was completed that day as promised, along with a factory recall service on my rear suspension as well. I'm a satisfied customer who will certainly call Rob back for the next repair I need. Thank you!

We just leased our 2nd vehicle through Ron McLean at Fairlane Ford. We had a seamless experience. They did not have the car I wanted on their lot but Ron was able to get it for me within 1 day from another dealership. We picked it up the next day and I am LOVING it!
