Recommended5+ stars imho I love my new Explorer. Driving up from Monroe, MI, the whole experience at Fairlane Ford was terrific. The atmosphere was family friendly, especially with my 5- and 8-year-olds in tow. The process from start to finish went well, I wasn’t at all rushed or pressured as I had felt at other dealerships. Ray was very kind and helpful, I would recommend him to anyone considering a car:)
Great service great people
Purchased a 2013 Kia Soul in mid May. Was told that the car was checked and that it was in tip top condition. Less than 24 hrs after purchase, the starter went. Mechanic said that it was obvious that the starter was going before we brought it in. Cost me $430 to get it back on the road. Response from Fairlane Ford? Crickets. I would not recommend these guys.
Leased a truck from Fairlane Ford, my experience was great. I’m sure everyone there provides great customer service but Abdo Sahili was exceptional, he was extremely honest, polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommended Abdo at Fairlane Ford.

Go see Randy Woods at Fairlane Ford! I recently leased a new 2019 Ford F-150 after jumping over from my Chevrolet Silverado. Randy worked with me for two months.
