I recently leased a 2018 Ford Edge. The sales person Jaime Koniarz was very patient and helpful when making the decision. He broke down comparisons of multiple vehicles, showing me my best options prior to purchasing or leasing. Before deciding, he went above and beyond by locating all possible rebates for each vehicle, and found me my perfect match that fit my budget. Yea they do the job, but scratched and left two harsh dings on the expensive rims of my Mustang, thanks I guess? *sigh*
Sales, service and parts are just the most helpful folks around. You don’t leave unhappy, it’s just not possible, the staff can tell if your not happy with something and they will go the extra mile to make it right. We all have heard the phrase before “if your not happy, we’re not happy” that would be the best way to describe this dealership!
